Carolina Axle Surgeons, Inc. was founded in 1992 and is the franchised Axle Surgeon for both North and South Carolina. Carolina Axle Surgeons, Inc. works daily to establish the best reputation possible for outstanding service to the professional shops of the Carolinas.

Using our patented technology and our ASTM 8 welding talents, we do 5 things very well. We repair "Drive Spindles", "Trailer Spindles", "Trailer Brake Spider Plates", "Trunnion Bars", and "Bore and Sleeve the Steer Axle King Pin Holes", all without removing the axle from under the truck or trailer. We only use Axle Surgeons parts, with the best-known engineering, machine, and welding technology available.

Over the years Carolina Axle Surgeons, Inc. has grown substantially since the single truck in 1992. Our goal is to provide customer satisfaction in a professional and timely manner.

In 2019 Carolina Axle Surgeons, Inc. purchased Statewide Trailer Repair and Ronnie Beck's Alignment in Thomasville, North Carolina. Statewide Trailer Alignment Frame (STAF) offers trailer repairs as well as state of the art frame and alignment services.
